The scope for Laura Street included a ground floor renovation and upper floor extension of an existing narrow lot townhouse located in a heritage sensitive area.
The proposal converted the original 2 x bedroom / 1 x bathroom home into a cost effective 4 x bedroom / 2 x bathroom home.
Planning was optimised to create generous building volumes and to provide access to natural light where lot boundary construction was otherwise prohibitive.
