The scope for Koeppe Road included the interior rearrangement of existing compartmentalised spaces to create a generous open plan living, dining and kitchen area, and access to an upper floor extension.
Options were additionally identified to convert the existing 2 x storey home into a 4 x storey home, adding significant value to the property and addressing future functional requirements.
Street presence was enhanced with playful yet passive environmental design features and the introduction of a broad balcony with Western trees top views.
