Burke Drive

The scope for Burke Drive included a cantilevered upper floor extension, modifications to existing roofs, new canopies, new balcony details, and a broad upgrade of existing street facing features generally.

The design intent included a softening of existing monolithic building forms, improved access to river views, passive shading, and privacy screening from the rear neighbouring lot.
